3.9  -- Use the water tower behind Clemson House.  You may assume it is a
perfect cylinder. 
Don't Climb it!!!   HINT: You may consider using the technique in example
3.2 to determine the height of the top and bottom of the watertower.

3.19 -- Use the fountain in front of the library.  Don't get in it, and
don't get arrested.  Don't measure everything -- estimate!!  You may consider
breaking it down into a set of simple geometric shapes.  Don't
spend more than 30-45 minutes making your estimate!
